Bill has been directly involved in the food service industry since 1967 when he was territory manager for Ecosystem and in 1984 began working exclusively with restaurant and food service equipment selling both new and used. On numerous occasions Bill purchased the entire contents of a defunct restaurant and has attended too many auctions to count. He has an in depth knowledge of the equipment and what it is potentially worth in today’s market. Bill Fowler is the founder and former owner of Fowler Restaurant Equipment Co.

His experience with layout and health department codes makes him your choice at the beginning of your project. If you already have an architectural firm on board, bring your plans in and Bill can identify any problem areas that may exist.
