Bill Fowler knows restaurant equipment. He has been directly involved in the food service industry since 1967 when he was territory manager for Ecosystem and in 1984 began working exclusively with restaurant and food service equipment selling both new and used. He has been involved in the design layout for restaurants, bars, school kitchens, community food service operations, kitchen and bars for hotels, and ski lodges.

 

On numerous occasions Bill purchased the entire contents of a defunct restaurant and has attended too many auctions to count. He has an in depth knowledge of the equipment and what it is potentially worth in today’s market. Bill is the founder and former owner of Fowler Restaurant Equipment Co. Now retired but enjoys the opportunity to do appraisals.
